I first heard the Australian singer Sia through her hit Clap Your Hands way back in 2010. I was channel surfing then when I encountered her video on MTV. The video was unique in the Sia way and the bouncy beat definitely caught my attention.

Chito Miranda
Chito Miranda is part of the legendary Filipino band Parokya ni Edgar. However, he does songs on the side, usually as a collaboration with another artist.
He has two hits in my OPM Top 10 Countdown that fits this bill. Ligaw, his collaboration with local band Moonstar88, peaked at #6 early 2013.
In late 2017, he sang with the band Gracenote in Bakit Ka Ganyan which went to #1 in early 2018. It stayed at the top for a week.
