Arguably, Rico Blanco is the most talented among all the nominees (Piolo Pascual, Billy Crawford, Gloc-9, Christian Bautista). I would choose him since he came out with a song, Neon Lights, which was a hit abroad too! Also, Rico always comes out with a new sound every time he releases new material. It's like we have to be on our toes always if we want to find out where his music is headed.
