In 1992, I saw the movie Mambo Kings starring Antonio Banderas and Armand Assante. In a scene in that movie, the legendary Celia Cruz sings this classic of hers and the song stuck with me so much, I bought the cassette tape of the movie! The song promptly went to #1 in My Personal Weekly Top 10 Favorite Songs during that year. I remember playing that song again and again, and in those days, we really had to press rewind! It also becomes the first Spanish song to become #1 in my list.
