Local singing legend Zsa Zsa Padilla is back in the top 10 of my OPM countdown as Di Ka Na Akin slips from #8 to #10. She last hit the top 10 way back in 1986 where she had a string of top 10 hits. This is the ninth top 10 hit of her long career.
