Sugar Ray returns to my personal countdown this week, after an absence of 14 years! Their old song When It's Over, enters my personal countdown for the first time at #7. They performed this song during their concert here in Manila this week. Mark McGrath even made kwento about the background of this song. It's about a painful breakup! Can't believe Mark can still make the song sound upbeat against such a sad story.
