X Factor Finalists Christmas Charity Single: Wishing On A Star
For the fourth straight year, the Christmas charity single, sung by the X-Factor finalists go straight to #1 in the UK singles chart. This year, they sang 'Wishing On A Star'. This week, the song slips to #2.
In 2008, they sang 'Hero', 'You Are Not Alone' in 2009, and 'Heroes' in 2010.

JLS Returns to UK #1 Spot with She Makes Me Wanna
In a span of three years, British boy band, JLS, score their seventh UK #1 hit, with She Makes Me Wanna, their collaboration with Dev. As JLS, their other #1 hits were Beat Again, Everybody In Love, The Club Is Alive, and Love You More.
They also had #1's as featured artists in the song Hero with The X-Factor Finalists, and in Everybody Hurts, as part of Helping Haiti.

Chart Performance: The X-Factor Finalists
This is the third straight year that a charity single from the X-Factor finalists have reached #1 in the UK. In 2008, it was Hero. In 2009, it was You Are Not Alone. This year, the 16 finalists sing Heroes. For trivia purposes, X-Factor finalists and winners already have twenty #1 songs in the UK. Impressive!
This week, Heroes slips to #7.
