Had My Fill of Opera Music This Year with Rigoletto
I am not really an expert on opera music but you know, when you enjoy something, you know that something special is happening.
It was also great that the performers were very game to pose with the fans after the show! I really enjoyed meeting and talking and congratulating them for a good work done!
I just hope we can have another opera here soon, and not wait for a very long time for the next one!
Vertical Horizon Tops My Personal Countdown for the Eighth Time
It was really great that the band Vertical Horizon decided to bring their concert here to Manila this year. Otherwise, I wouldn't know that they have a new brilliant album and I wouldn't have been able to discover all these beautiful songs from their latest album Echoes from the Underground.

Lovin' the Cute Brotherhood of AJR
AJR's "I'm Ready" was one of the catchy songs I listened to when I was listening to the current top 100 songs in Billboard. I immediately placed it in my Personal Favorites playlist without knowing much about the group who sang it.
I was happy to discover that AJR is actually three brothers - of the Jonas Brothers and Hanson mould! However, the brothers claim that their music is organic - and you can certainly hear that in the song ! It's catchy and unique and the boys have definitely mixed their influences with their own personal style.
This week, the song continues to move up my personal countdown, parking itself at #3. It's their very first top 10 hit in my personal countdown.
I wish the trio would come and visit Manila, maybe do some kind of mall tour!
Shane Filan Setlist for Manila Concert
Shane Filan performs here in Manila for the first time as a solo artist. The setlist he is going to perform is a mix of songs from his latest album You and Me and some hits from his group Westlife. I think it's a good mix!
