Keane Concert Postscript: One Night in Strangeland

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Strangeland is the latest album of Keane and they played almost all of the songs from that album in their concert last night.  Interestingly, with the Cybercrime Law becoming top news locally, Strangeland would've been an apt way to describe our country right now - but more on that in my other blog.  

Keane's setlist last night was pretty extensive, getting songs from all four of their studio albums and their EP Night Train.  In fact, from that EP, they sang Stop For A Minute, a song which they did with K'Naan, and as they were singing that song, I was being ushered into the Lower Box section, cool!  Well, the crowd's favorite song that night was a no-brainer - Somewhere Only We Know - well, I like that song but I've since discovered more melancholic gems from the band - songs which they also sang last night.
