I would love to have the voice of Tom Chaplin! He was certainly topnotch last night since Keane was on a world tour and all that singing has really honed his voice, reaching all the high notes in many of their songs, including their hit Is It Any Wonder, which has no pauses - and I was amazed at how he managed his breathing! He sounded great in A Bad Dream, Sea Fog, Bedshaped and We Might As Well Be Strangers - all melancholy songs made even more poignant by his singing. It was great too to be with the band's fans here in Manila. I did not know that there many of us here - and they knew the band's songs as well, even the one which are not so famous!
