Les Mills Body Jam doesn't really love Mariah Carey as it's pretty rare that she gets one of her songs played in their tracklists - so it was pretty cool to hear Fantasy played as the cool down track in the latest release! And the steps are pretty on the spot as Mariah, who is no dancer, just really jives to the music - and I guess that's where they got their inspiration from.
Mariah has many fun fast songs - and ALL are super malandi, that' why I guess the people behind Les Mills find it hard to integrate her songs into their playlists - or maybe they thing she's just passe. Pity really. There's Honey, Loverboy, Heartbreaker, Someday, Touch My Body - I mean if you want sensual dancing, Mariah's songs are perfect!
