Alan Menken gets his nineteenth Oscar nomination with this song, I See the Light, from the Disney movie, Tangled. He has already won eight Oscars, four of them, in this category. Those include memorable songs from The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and Pocahontas. I love the scene in the movie where they sing this song. The lanterns in the sky really make a beautiful background for this song!
