My American Idol Top 10: #8 David Archuleta - To Be With You

David Archuleta has four songs in my list - the most for any of the Idols. I just really like his debut album since it had many good pop songs which suited his voice and age very well. He sang this in his concert here in Manila and it was one of my highlights for the show. I love the spare arrangement and the violin solo. He also sings this with a female back-up singer to create that second voice and the blending really sounds really nice. This actually reminds me of the duets Bruce Hornsby had in his earlier albums!
