Panic! at the Disco gets their second Top 10 album in the US this week, as Vices and Virtues debuts at #7. Their first Top 10 album was Pretty Odd, which peaked at #2 in 2008.
I am a big fan of this band and I even watched their concert here in Manila two years ago. I hope they do come back here to promote this album.
