Hoodie Allen is a rapper, would you believe, who is a college graduate, thank you very much. He finished marketing and finance at the University of Pennsylvania. He then worked for Google for a time while doing music at the same time. For all his efforts, he finally gets his first US Top 10 album this week, as All American debuts at #10.
