I am a big fan of Norah Jones and some of her songs is in the pantheon of my personal greatest hits. However, it is a bit of a surprise that, NOT ONE, of her songs in her latest opus, The Fall, has become a personal favorite of mine. Well, it's a solid album, and Norah does kinda rock a bit here - give a listen to Chasing Pirates and Even Though - and well, the old school Norah is still here - Back to Manhattan and Man of the Hour - but nothing here is really new! Which maybe good to some extent, but also, nothing interesting anymore to offer to a raving fan like me! Oh well, just looking forward to her next album then!
